Hot and cold sterilizer

HOT AND COLD STERILIZER “MAC” MSW-116

The unit consists of two separate stainless-steel tanks, one is for sterile hot water and the other is for sterile, cold water, both are mounted on a sturdy M.S. stand.
Each tank has an individual heater bank, low water cut-off pressure controller & conductor.
The unit consists of individual control such as a safety valve, pressure gauge, steam trap, self-sterilizing water filter, water level gauge indicator, air & water filter and draw-off water valve with socket, safety valve, double-acting valve, etc.
The sterile water chamber additionally fitted with a cooling coil for circulation of cold water.

Automatic Low Water Cut Off System: The Sterilizer is equipped with automatic low water cut-off system. When the water level decreases below a threshold, heating elements automatically turn off and notify the user if the water level is not optimum for machine operation.
Automatic Pressure Control System: The sterilizer has an automatic pressure control switch that maintains the desired pressure and restricts any abnormal or unsafe rise in pressure.
Water Level Indicator: The sterilizer is equipped with a water level gauge glass to indicate the water level.
Analogue Gauges:

a) Calibrated analogue jacket pressure gauge provided to measure boiler pressure.

b) Calibrated analogue temperature gauge provided to measure boiler temperature.
Safety Features:

a) Automatic Shut Off Valve: Prevents hazardous leakage of hot steam and boiled water due to breakage of glass tube.

b) Hydraulic Testing: Complete sterilizer including chamber, jacket, and piping are hydraulically tested at 2 times the working pressure.

c) Safety Valve: Sterilizer fitted with spring loaded dual safety valves.
